2. Marketplace Listing: Keepers’ products are listed through batch making on Flipkart, with product shoots handled by Nishab Sales. No warehouse rent is charged, and brand details are verified from the Keeper.

3. Order Processing: Nishab Sales efficiently processes orders, packs and dispatches them, keeping Keepers informed through regular reports. Quality checks are conducted before packaging.

4. Returns Management: Nishab Sales handles returns analytics, minimizing returns and providing suggestions for product improvement based on customer and marketplace feedback.

5. Marketing & Advertising: Nishab Sales evaluates Keeper performance and provides suggestions for improvement. All-Time-Hit products are highlighted, and advertising strategies are suggested based on monthly reports.

6. Commissioning & Payments: Commissioning and charges are applicable only on order processing. Nishab Sales charges a fixed fee of INR 20 per order and packaging costs, along with Flipkart’s commission and delivery charges. The Final Product Amount (FPA) is paid to Keepers after deducting all charges.

For a Wrist Watch sold at INR 1000 on Flipkart:

• Selling Price: 1000
• Flipkart’s Commission: 130 (13% on Watches Category)
• Flipkart’s Fixed Fee: 10 (On selling price above 499)
• Delivery Charges: 70 (Till 500 grams; +30 on every additional 500 grams)
• Nishab Sales Commission: 20 (Fixed Charge)
• Packaging Cost: 20 (On product’s size & fragility)
• Service Tax: 35 (14% of Total Charges)
• FPA [Final Product Amount]: 1000 – 285 = 715

In this case, 715/- will be transferred to the Keeper’s Registered Account.
