Our Vision and Strategies:
At Kidspark Preschools, we operate with a dual-pronged strategy to meet our business targets:
Appointment of Master Franchisees in States & Unit Franchisees in District HQ:
Kidspark will strategically appoint Master Franchisees in each state, responsible for generating business within their respective regions.
To bolster Master Franchisees’ efforts, Kidspark will also designate managers in the state and district headquarters.
The investment requirement for Master Franchisees varies by tier: ₹60 lakhs for Tier I states, ₹50 lakhs for Tier II states, and ₹40 lakhs for Tier III states.
In return, Master Franchisees will receive ₹50,000 (Rs. Fifty Thousand Only) per unit franchisee and 0.75% royalties based on the net business profit of unit franchisees.
Appointment of Unit Franchisees in District HQ:
Kidspark will appoint Unit Franchisees in every district and taluka, with each franchisee responsible for generating business in their respective areas.
Similar to Master Franchisees, Kidspark will provide support to Unit Franchisees through the appointment of managers at the district headquarters.
The investment for Unit Franchisees is structured as follows: ₹25.0 lakhs for Tier I Cities, ₹15.0 lakhs for Tier II & Tier III cities.
In return, Unit Franchisees will retain 85% of the generated profit, remitting only 15% to Kidspark as royalty.
Special Support to Unit Franchisees:
Kidspark is committed to assisting Unit Franchisees in securing admissions, guaranteeing a minimum of 25 admissions in the first year, 60 students in the second year, and 75 students in the third year. For instances of lower admissions, Kidspark will compensate the unit franchisee with a mutually agreed-upon amount per student, ensuring they receive the support needed to thrive.
