About the Business

About Us – Empowering CSCs for a Brighter Tomorrow:

Welcome to the world of CSCs, where we are revolutionizing citizen services across India. Our CSCs (Common Service Centers) have become a cornerstone of the National e-Governance Plan (NeGP), a visionary initiative approved by the government in May 2006. This commitment is part of the National Common Minimum Programme to introduce extensive e-governance services. At CSCs, we bring high-quality, cost-effective video, voice, and data content and services right to your doorstep.

Our comprehensive range of offerings includes e-governance, education, healthcare, telemedicine, entertainment, and an array of private services. One of the standout features of CSCs is our ability to provide web-enabled e-governance services in rural areas. This encompasses application forms, certificates, and utility payments such as electricity, telephone, and water bills, along with services like Pan Card issuance, IGNOU Extension Centers, Nielson Surveys, e-learning, and more.
