The Foundation:
Our journey began in 1999 when Mr. Shridhar Pattar, our esteemed founder, laid the cornerstone of True North Consultants. In 2002, he achieved a significant milestone by establishing India’s first Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). His visionary leadership also extended to consulting for several international RPOs, which have now grown into multi-million-dollar enterprises. Today, TNC has evolved into a premier multi-service platform with a global presence, serving over 500 clients worldwide with our unique and effective approach.
