2. Create a Talent Pool for Corporations: Through the Graduation Reward Program (GRP), we strive to identify and nurture talent that aligns with the evolving needs of the corporate sector.

Exploring the GRP Examination Pattern

• The GRP Examination targets students entering 11th and 12th standard from the academic session 2019-20.
• Eligibility: Students with a Class X score exceeding 70% are eligible to participate.
• Examination Format: GRP is conducted in an offline mode (Pen and Paper-Based Examination).
• The inaugural GRP examination will be conducted on the second Sunday of June.
• The exam comprises 100 objective-type questions, with 50 each in General Knowledge and Logical Reasoning, to be completed within a 2-hour timeframe.

Registration and Examination Fees

Special Promotional Offer (Valid until November 30th)

• Registration Fee/Brochure/Prospectus Fee: INR 500 (Five Hundred Only) via DD/NEFT/cheque, payable to Shikshit Bharat.
• Exam Fees: Rs 5,000/- (Five Thousand Only) per candidate.

Standard Pricing

• Registration Fee/Brochure/Prospectus Fee: INR 700 (Seven Hundred Only) via net banking/credit/debit card, payable to Shikshit Bharat.
• Exam Fees: Rs 7,000/- (Seven Thousand Only) per candidate.

Franchisee Opportunities

• Franchisee Role: Enroll students in your assigned territory, utilizing a dedicated sales team.
• Franchisee Manager/Business Development Manager: Dedicated support to ensure success.
• Initial 6-month Cooling Period: During this time, the loss is ours, and the profit is yours.
• Total Investment: Between 2.5 to 3.5 lakhs, with the right of first refusal for business expansion, safeguarding your efforts and returns.
• We invite franchisee applications for Delhi, Punjab, and Haryana regions only. To ensure serious applicants, each application must include a 25,000 INR cheque. The cheque will be banked post-meeting, contingent on mutual intent to enter into an agreement. In the absence of mutual intent, the cheque will be returned in its original state.
