About the Business

About Us:

Our Approach:

At WellnessOn, we adhere to the philosophy of ‘ABCD – Any Body Can Diet.’ Our dietary approach is refreshingly simple, making it easy to follow, sustainable, and conducive to adopting lifelong healthy habits.

Our diet revolves around regular Indian foods, categorized as follows:

Grade A: These foods are the epitome of nutrition and have been meticulously crafted by the WellnessOn team. Known as Grade A, ZERO%, or Sathwik recipes, they are low-calorie options with less than 15g of carbs and less than 7.5g of fat per serving. Each meal is thoughtfully portioned, typically comprising 200 grams or 200ml.

Additionally, we’ve innovated with 99KCal Snacks, perfect for those midday or mid-evening cravings. These nutritious snacks contain only 99 KCal each and can be integrated into your meal plan or purchased separately through our sales channels.

Grade B: These foods are suitable when consumed in reasonable portions.

Healthy Cooking and Balanced Nutrition:

Our approach involves taking traditional Indian dishes, refining their cooking methods to enhance their nutritional profile, substituting ingredients with healthier alternatives, and incorporating superfoods to create well-rounded, nutritionally balanced meals. This ensures that every meal provides adequate protein, carbs, fiber, and fats.

With our approach, you can relish the flavors of home-cooked food while enjoying a diverse array of options without compromising on taste.

Example: Biryani

Take Biryani, a beloved dish in Hyderabad and throughout India. Traditionally high in calories and laden with unhealthy ingredients, we transform it by using brown basmati rice or your choice of white basmati rice, employing a minimal amount of oil and ghee for garnish, adopting steaming as the cooking method, and minimizing frying. We serve it with boiled vegetables and Gajar ki Halwa made with Jaggery to create a fulfilling and nutritionally complete meal.

Grade C: These foods are detrimental to health, and we guide our users to gradually eliminate them from their diets for life. Examples include junk foods and deep-fried items.

During the transition period, we provide a weekly percentage guide on our mobile app, allowing users to consume these foods once a week until they successfully break free from these unhealthy habits.

Franchise Model:

We operate on the FOCO Model (Franchise Owned Company Operated), wherein the franchise investor covers the initial setup cost, while the brand manages operations. The day-to-day operational expenses are the responsibility of the franchise owner. In this model, the franchise investor is the business owner, and the brand oversees all operational aspects, sharing a fixed percentage of the profit.

Food delivery services will be managed by franchise owners through a monthly subscription model.
