Introduction: RobotiX Institute LLC is a US-based Robotics Education center dedicated to providing a variety of programs for school-age students. We offer cutting-edge, high-quality robotics education platforms and implement a rigorous training and certification program for teachers to ensure the highest quality education for our students.
Full suite of products: Our programs utilize a range of platforms tailored to different age groups, including LEGO WeDo for Ages 5-7, LEGO EV3 Basic for Ages 6-9, LEGO EV3 Advanced for Ages 8-12, VEX IQ for Ages 9-14, and VEX EDR/V5 for Ages 12 and above. We understand that every student is unique, and we customize our curriculum to challenge and engage each student while providing new learning experiences every day.
Concept: RobotiX Institute is the Technology Playground for Future Inventors, centered around play-based learning. In our programs, children engage in activities they love, such as building and programming robots, while simultaneously gaining knowledge in various STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) concepts. Our curriculum empowers students to design and construct programmable robots using components like motors, sensors, gears, wheels, axles, and more. Through hands-on robotics, students:
– Develop simple sequences and commands that establish cause-and-effect relationships using input/output devices.
– Utilize predictive tools to form hypotheses through hands-on experience.
– Integrate math and science through physical constraints, units of measurement, coordinate systems, statistical concepts, and linear thinking.
Everyday Technology: Technology is an integral part of our daily lives. Rather than discouraging its use, we believe in teaching students to use technology wisely. This approach encourages them to explore the inner workings of technology and understand how autonomous vehicles like TESLA operate or how iRobot Roomba detects obstacles. This knowledge not only prepares them for future job opportunities but also equips them for everyday life in a tech-driven world.
