Since our inception in 2013, Punjab Di Rasoi has rapidly gained recognition in Calicut for its authentic North Indian Punjabi vegetarian cuisine. Over the past three years, we have closely observed our evolution from being solely a North Indian vegetarian restaurant to introducing a dedicated chaat and lassi counter. This transformation was fueled by our deep concern for the proliferation of unhealthy street vendor chaats.
Our commitment to culinary excellence extends to active participation in various food festivals, competitions, and the organization of theme-based in-house food festivals. Additionally, we have hosted live cookery shows and delightful short bites sessions with local FM channels. Furthermore, we have expanded our horizons by venturing into the production of over 100 mouthwatering North Indian sweets, available in a myriad of flavors, colors, and shapes.
