Our processing plant boasts cutting-edge technology, with an initial capacity to process 2000 birds per hour, poised for rapid scalability up to an impressive 6000 birds per hour. We source critical processing equipment from the globally renowned Meyn in Holland. Furthermore, our adherence to the traditional Halal method of slaughter aligns with Islamic rights, ensuring our products cater to diverse preferences.

Hygiene and Quality Assurance:

Protac places paramount importance on hygiene and quality assurance. We partner with industry leaders like Johnson Diversey for plant hygiene and sanitation, as well as DTS for pest management—both globally recognized authorities in their respective domains. Our in-house quality control laboratory and robust online monitoring systems guarantee the highest quality of finished products. We strictly adhere to HACCP systems and procedures, safeguarding food safety and quality. Notably, we hold certifications from FSSAI, the stringent government body for poultry processing, and APEDA for exports. Additionally, we have secured EIA certification for exports, showcasing our commitment to environmental sustainability.
