Nestled in the heart of Koramangala, Bangalore, Osmolyte Baby Spa specializes in Hydrotherapy and Infant Massages for babies. Our Hydrotherapy sessions involve gentle floating in purified water, facilitated by a patented flotation device, within specially designed mini pools. This is complemented by soothing infant massages. These therapeutic practices offer a multitude of benefits, from improving sleep quality, relieving colic, and soothing upset tummies, to enhancing flexibility and bolstering cognitive development through sensory stimulation.

Osmolyte Baby Spa caters primarily to new and first-time mothers from the upper middle class and beyond. On an average day, we welcome up to 10 babies along with their parents and close relatives on weekdays, with an even higher footfall of 15 on weekends. Our spa operates seven days a week, committed to bringing smiles to your baby’s face.
A Global Concept, Local Excellence:
The Baby Spa concept, popular in countries such as the USA, Australia, and South Africa, involves hydrotherapy and massages specifically designed for infants. It was initially introduced in London, setting the stage for this delightful and beneficial practice.
What to Expect:
A typical Baby Spa session lasts approximately an hour, consisting of two core components: Hydrotherapy and neonatal massage, expertly conducted by a Registered Massage Therapist. Hydrotherapy sessions span from 10 to 30 minutes, during which babies experience the joy of casual floating in warm, purified water, precisely maintained at 35.6°C (34 to 37 degrees Celsius) for ultimate comfort.
Babies wear a special flotation device that securely supports their heads above water, making these mini-baths both utterly adorable and incredibly relaxing. These sessions serve as a gentle introduction to water, laying the foundation for future swimming lessons.
Please note that while most babies adore floating from the very first session, some may take a session or two to acclimate, just like with swim lessons. As a guideline, we recommend two visits a week for babies under 3 months old, aiding with newborn colic, and one visit a week for babies aged 3 to 18 months, fostering their strength and well-being.
