It can be prepared as a porridge with little salt and consumed along with milk.Diabetic patients can have it with moderate sugar.Milk and sugar is only an option and it is not essential.
Our experience have shown that diabetic patients can take free sugar or sweets in moderation if they take the porridege with it.
