About the Business
At JJ School of Employability, we are dedicated to ‘Empowering Youth’ as they embark on their journey beyond academics. Our Employability coaching module comprises three personalized coaching sessions, each designed to unlock an individual’s full potential. These sessions leverage a variety of assessments and personality reports to gain a comprehensive understanding of each person. The ultimate objectives of our coaching sessions are as follows:
1. Empower individuals to identify and harness their strengths.
2. Determine their unique personality type.
3. Conduct a DMIT assessment for holistic insights.
4. Assist in preparing a ‘Final Account of 86400.’
5. Calculate Return on Time Invested (ROTI).
6. Craft a compelling resume and cover letter.
7. Identify job opportunities aligned with strengths and personality type.
8. Provide expert guidance on mastering interview skills.
9. Conduct mock interviews for realistic preparation.
