For Entrepreneurs Ready to Set Up Their Own Office Space:
1. Product Support: We provide support for MCX, NSE, and BSE, along with marketing and sales assistance. You will have a dedicated Relationship Manager for ongoing research advice and market updates through various channels, including chat, phone, and email. We also offer marketing and business development support, including a startup kit with essential materials like glow sign skins, visiting cards, and marketing brochures.
2. Service Support: You’ll have a dedicated Customer Service Executive to handle routine queries through chat, phone, and email. Access to a centralized web-based back office system is also provided.
Eligibility:
– Individuals with a strong track record and reputation in financial services or other business domains, with an established client base.
– Minimum 2-3 years of experience in selling financial products, either as a Main broker, Sub-broker, Remisier, Mutual fund distributor, Insurance advisor, Financial Planner, or an employee of an existing Broker/Sub-broker.
Minimum Infrastructure Requirements:
– Carpet Area: Minimum 300 Sq.ft
– Accessible Location
– Two Computers with Latest Configuration
– Dedicated Leased Line/Broadband/VSAT
– One Dealer
– One Admin Staff/Marketing Personnel
Financial Requirements:
– Terminal License Fee: Rs. 250/month
– Refundable Security Deposit: Rs. 25,000 (interest-free)
– Authorized Person Fees: Rs. 5,000 (50% reimbursed after achieving targets)
– Deposit for VSAT (Optional): Rs. 100,000 (refundable after three years)
– Adequate financial backup to meet working capital requirements
Revenue Sharing:
– Brokerage is determined on a case-by-case basis.
– Initial stage: 50% – 50% brokerage sharing
– For monthly turnover of 150 Cr and above: Company share in brokerage is 60% – 40%
– For monthly turnover of 250 Cr and above: Company share in brokerage is 65% – 35%
– For monthly turnover of 300 Cr and above: Company share in brokerage is 70% – 30%
– Decisions for turnovers above 350 Cr will be taken by the board.
