Just a year later, in September 2005, what began as a solitary gym nestled in the upscale Alwarpet locality of Chennai swiftly expanded its footprint to six more locations, marking a total of seven. The FitnessOne brand was rapidly etching its name in the fitness landscape.
While compelling advertising lured fitness enthusiasts into our clubs, it was our inviting, lively interiors, world-class exercise regimens backed by scientific expertise, and state-of-the-art equipment that truly delighted our clients. They became enthusiastic advocates of the FitnessOne experience, and word of our excellence began to spread far and wide.

Empowering Women
As 2006 approached its close, ambitious plans were set in motion to introduce an unparalleled brand of fitness centers exclusively for women – a concept unique in India. Pink, the women-only fitness center, was born. Our interest in opening franchises subsequently led to the creation of new business and employment opportunities.
Fostering Workplace Wellness
With a team of dedicated fitness advocates armed with years of extensive research, FitnessOne expanded its presence into corporate workspaces. The Fitness Process Outsourcing (FPO) division was established to offer comprehensive workplace fitness solutions.
Energizing Equipment
Early in 2007, our commitment to fitness extended to equipment, leading to the birth of Propel, our fitness equipment brand. This division, known as FitnessOne Factory, offers a range of home and commercial fitness equipment from various renowned brands.
FitnessOne’s Social Impact
Beyond commercial fitness pursuits, we have a profound commitment to promoting the benefits of exercise for all. In pursuit of this mission, we have initiated a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, launching an Anti-Obesity Program in a local school in Chennai. Future plans include organizing Sports Extravaganzas for underprivileged schoolchildren.
