How Our Franchise Operates:
IndiaDream operates as a focused, long-term business venture with a presence in cities across India, operated by local partner franchises licensed under the name of Fast Cart Private Limited. Each Employment Center functions through a local franchise partner under a profit-sharing model. These centers are seamlessly integrated into the IndiaDream network, sharing common systems, software, branding, and professional practices defined by Fast Cart Private Limited. Fast Cart Private Limited offices at state capitals provide administrative and legal support, including financial transaction assistance.
Support Provided by Spiderfocus Solutions:
We ensure compliance with all state and central regulations related to office establishment, service tax registration, and the registration of Fast Cart Private Limited branches, enabling you to start operations smoothly from day one. We handle the marketing and advertisement of your operation through various channels, including email, SMS, internet, and search engines. You’ll receive complete marketing collaterals, office-related materials, access to centralized software systems, third-party portals, networking support, email services, website support, and 24/7 BPO and Call Center support. We also provide training to enhance your effectiveness and efficiency, ensuring you have everything you need to operate successfully.
Partner Responsibilities and Obligations at the Employment Center:
– Sign a Franchise Agreement with Fast Cart Private Limited for a specified term (typically 3 years).
– Act as a partner and branch manager at the chosen Employment Center location.
– Maintain an office space of 500-2000 sq. ft. based on availability and location for a 1-2 person team.
– Invest in running and operating the Employment Center.
– Recruit support staff on Human Capital temporary payroll, as required for business expansion.
– Acquire and maintain client relationships as the Point of Contact for Fast Cart Private Limited.
– Receive a Return on Investment as per the share defined in the Franchise Agreement.
– Renew the franchise agreement before its expiration, at least 3 months in advance.
– Uphold the confidentiality and intellectual property of IndiaDream.
– Enhance the brand visibility and goodwill of Fast Cart Private Limited’s IndiaDream at your location.
– Promote all products and services of Fast Cart Private Limited to clients in your location.
– Manage client relationships and maintain a collaborative relationship with the Central Team and BPO executives related to your services.
Infrastructure Requirements for Setting Up and Operating an Employment Center:
– One computer (preferably a laptop).
– Telephone connection.
– Internet connection.
– One staff table, one staff chair, and two visitor chairs.
– Nameboard outside the office.
– One notice board.
– Office space of 250-1000 sq. ft.
– Tractor designed by our team for logistics (if required).
The total initial infrastructure and security deposit cost will be approximately Rs 5,00,000 (including all setup costs, excluding the tractor).
Total Investment Requirement:
In addition to the initial setup cost of Rs 50,000, you need to cover monthly recurring expenses such as utilities (electricity, phone, water, internet) and rent for office space. The fixed monthly expenses may range from Rs 5,000 to Rs 15,000, depending on the office rent and other expenses. The break-even period is generally expected within three months, with a total investment of approximately Rs 1 lakh, depending on the location and business performance.
Franchisee Fee:
We have developed an innovative partner development model that addresses partner concerns. You are required to make an initial payment of Rs 50,000 as a commitment to enter into the partnership. The remaining amount is refundable, but we will deduct a yearly license fee from your share of revenues as support charges from the initial revenues. We also support you in maximizing your earnings and achieving breakeven within 3-6 months, at the worst.
Revenue Share for Franchise Partners:
The revenue-sharing pattern is consistent throughout India and applies to all Fast Cart Private Limited partners. Each service is defined, and the sharing arrangement will be shared with you upon receiving your letter of intent. The standard pattern we follow includes revenue sharing across generation, sales closure, service delivery, centralized marketing, and BPO support, along with centralized administrative charges.
