Franchisee Role:

3. Allow the company to design the interior.
4. The company covers rent and electricity bills.
5. The company handles product and equipment procurement.
6. Report or initiate corrective actions as needed.
7. Ensure high customer satisfaction.
8. The company pays employee salaries.
9. The company hires and manages employees.

Company Role:

1. Assist in hiring and training employees.
2. Appoint a Store Manager at the company’s expense.
3. Provide Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training, and manuals.
4. Supply software to the franchise.
5. Invest in brand-level marketing, including digital and social media marketing.
6. Provide marketing materials such as pamphlets, TV and radio ads, hoardings, and more.
7. Handle vendor registration for all brand products.
