Our journey was initiated by a collective vision of 15 accomplished individuals, including IIM Alumni and Faculty members, alongside prominent CXOs from industry giants such as Procter & Gamble, Reckitt Benckiser, Cadbury, Sara Lee, Bharti Airtel, MTV, and more. This stellar team of professionals brought their vast industry experience and expertise to the table, propelling Elements Akademia to the forefront of the employability landscape.
