In the quaint village of Mhalunge, nestled in the heart of Kolhapur District, Maharashtra, India, Mr. Satappa Dhondiram More laid the foundation of The More & Company – a bespoke manufacturing firm dedicated to the artistry of Kolhapuri Leather Chappals. The year was 1973, and little did he know that this endeavor would evolve into something truly extraordinary.
Fast forward to July 2014, Dr. Dileep More, an erudite scholar with a Ph.D. from IIT Bombay and Mr. More’s son, elevated the legacy to greater heights by transforming it into a private limited company – Divyam Leather Crafts Pvt Ltd.
