Our sights are set on the thriving consumer electronics market, where we plan to introduce a range of niche products. Our vision extends beyond just products; we aim to create an experiential franchise model with a nationwide footprint across India.
As we diligently prepare our products, we are taking a unique approach to minimize advertising costs. Our strategy involves launching multiple franchises simultaneously across different locations. Each franchise will be strategically designed with a service area and a store, encompassing a generous space of at least 1500 square feet. With an average inventory investment of around 50 lakhs per store and additional capital of approximately 20 lakhs, we are poised for success.
Our primary objective is to ensure that our valued process partners enjoy a substantial return on investment, targeting an impressive 20% or more. To alleviate the operational burden on our franchisees, we are in the process of developing a robust internal servicing and support system.
