Location: Anchored retail center, close to neighborhoods, schools, and community athletics
Financial Aspects:
One-time Burger Point Fee: INR 4,00,000/- (Four Lakhs)
Ongoing Royalty Fees: Monthly fee equivalent to INR 5,000/- (Five Thousand) until this agreement is in force
