Franchise Prerequisites:
– The dealer should have a display area of approximately 250 sq. ft. in a prime location to showcase our exquisite range of chairs.
– Our company will provide extensive support to boost sales, including the provision of catalogs and local advertising initiatives.
– Agents/dealers will act as our representatives for tender submissions and quotations to government or private institutions within their designated area, with the option to pay the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or as mutually agreed.
– Any direct supplies to the dealer’s area from the company will be communicated to the dealer, and an agreed-upon margin will be offered.
– Dealers are required to maintain a paid stock of at least one piece of each chair model, which amounts to approximately Rs. 1 lakh. Subsequent supplies will be delivered directly from our factory.
– A formal agreement will be executed between the dealer and the company, stipulating that the company will not supply directly to the dealer’s designated area.
