E.B.O Policy
The pinnacle of success achieved by ‘ITRANA’ would not have been possible without your unwavering support and trust. This project is designed to develop a business plan and infrastructure exclusively for ready-to-wear KURTIS, SUITS, PANTS, and PALAZZOS through the franchise concept.
Here are the detailed specifications of the E.B.O.:
Eligibility: A minimum of 2 years of retail outlet existence is required to be eligible for a Brand Outlet (EBO).
Space: The minimum space required is 200 to 1000 sq. ft., with a frontage area of 12 feet and above, and a minimum ceiling height of 10 feet.
Investment: The total investment, including stock, furniture, and technology, is approximately Rs. 4000/- per square foot.
Weekly Reports & Payments: You will provide us with a weekly barcode report (Monday to Sunday) along with weekly barcode reports. Any delay in payments will incur an 18% annual interest rate from your yearly profit.
Dispatch & Stock: Our team will analyze sales reports and plan to replenish stocks with new hot-selling items and repeat orders weekly.
Product Range: ITRANA product range starts from MRP 499 to 2999.
Product Shelf Life: Product shelf life is 45 to 60 days due to frequent demands for new designs. It can be adjusted based on your request for displaying products for a longer period.
Sales Promotions: The company announces sales periods once a year to benefit regular customers, attract new customers, and increase foot traffic. All franchisees are required to participate in these sales promotion activities.
Transportation: Freight and government taxes are to be borne by the consignee.
Visual Merchandise: We provide visual merchandise every 3 months, and you will need to send us photos of the same. If the provided visual merchandise is not displayed, the amount spent on it will be adjusted from your annual profit.
Suggestions: You can assign sales targets to your sales team for achieving your goals.

Renovation: The company reserves the right to modify furniture or make other changes once every 3 years for a fresh look. Gold members will be required to make modifications as per company directives, failure of which may result in termination.
