As advocates of holistic health and community wellness, we extend our reach through various means, including free camps, health check-ups, enlightening health workshops, and impactful social awareness initiatives.
Our ultimate goal is to democratize the practices of Yoga and Ayurveda, making them accessible, available, and affordable to all strata of society, conveniently situated within their own communities. To this end, we are thrilled to introduce specialized Yoga classes for children, housewives, and senior citizens, with subsidies of up to 50% available through the Namo Gange Trust.
With nearly 200 Yogshala centers slated to emerge both in India and overseas, we are committed to offering transformative experiences in Yoga, Meditation, Ayurveda, and Natural therapies.
At ‘The Yogshala,’ we embrace ‘Fitness’ as our guiding mantra, and through the Namo Gange Trust, we champion the principles of health, peace, and happiness. Our journey commenced with the celebration of the 1st International Yoga Day on June 21st, 2015, where we conducted an inspiring yoga camp attended by 3000 residents of the capital region. Encouraged by the overwhelming response, ‘The Yogshala’ emerges as a beacon of wellness and humanity, catering to individuals’ needs and the greater good.
Our inaugural Yogshala, constructed to international standards, graces a prime and easily accessible location in Kavi Nagar, Ghaziabad. It brings forth a diverse range of yoga retreats and high-profile yoga sessions designed to benefit all seekers of holistic health. What sets ‘The Yogshala’ apart is its commitment to offering cost-effective yoga solutions with a therapeutic focus, all under one roof.
We are on the cusp of a nationwide expansion, with ‘The Yogshala’ poised to spread its wings across India, bringing the gifts of yoga, meditation, yoga therapy, and naturopathy to diverse communities.
