In late 2018, The Indian Swag was conceived as an audacious vision, and by February 2019, the first chapter of our culinary adventure came to life in Ahmedabad. It was here that we set the stage for an unprecedented revolution in the food and beverage (F&B) and hospitality industry by introducing the world’s very first Gujarati talking Robo-Waiters, affectionately known as LEXA robots.
