At the core of our mission is ‘AB DALALI BAND’ (No Brokerage) – a visionary concept recognized and copyrighted by the Government of India’s Copyright Department. This pioneering idea is designed to ease the financial burden on the common man when purchasing their dream home. Instead of hefty broker fees, we only charge a modest service fee.
We are also dedicated to contributing to the Government of India’s revenue through GST and Income Tax, all while enhancing public security and reducing property-related litigation and crime.
