Your application has successfully cleared our rigorous evaluation process, which includes an assessment of your financial capabilities, existing investments, business interests, and your envisioned approach to managing and operating the franchise.

Franchise Grant and Duration:
Subject to the stipulations outlined in this Agreement, HPF extends to you the privilege of operating a Hungru Pizza Outlet (referred to as the “Store”) under the operational guidelines and regulations set forth by Hungru Pizza. The Store shall be located at the address specified as follows:

The franchise term, effective from the date of the Store’s inauguration (or, in cases of Agreement renewal or transfer, commencing the day subsequent to the previous franchise agreement’s expiration or termination), spans a duration of one (1) year.
Franchise Fee:
The franchise fee, amounting to Rs 2.5 lakhs, encompasses a comprehensive package that includes essential components such as billing software, training, uniforms, and pizza-making machinery.
Renewal of Franchise (Post 3 Years):
The renewal of your franchise shall be deliberated and granted by the Board of Directors at Hungru Pizza, contingent upon your Store’s performance over the preceding year. Factors taken into account include sales figures, customer feedback, ratings, adherence to operational standards, quality maintenance, and overall discipline. Renewal charges for the subsequent three-year term will amount to Rs 2.5 lakhs, as determined by Hungru Pizza’s esteemed Board of Directors during the renewal process.
