With this in mind, we embarked on a journey to expand the variety of momo options and delicacies, while keeping our offerings accessible to all segments of the population. We set prices that are affordable to everyone and started exploring recipes that resonate with the Indian palate.
Every aspect, from branding to the product itself, received a unique touch designed to appeal to the masses. Our momo cart draws inspiration from vintage British carts, reminiscent of those still found in places like Covent Garden, but with a modern Indian railway station twist. We’ve gone to great lengths to please the new-age customer who seeks a complete dining experience, not just a meal. The presentation of our product is delightful, with an all-black branding and packaging that prominently showcases our brand identity.
What sets us apart is the product itself, featuring a variety of gravies and sauces that cater to diverse tastes. We offer options like Paneer, Vegetable, and Chicken to cater to different preferences. However, our specialties are the two gravies: The Schezwan, perfect for spice-loving Indian palates, and The Station Special, which caters to the ever-growing community of mayonnaise enthusiasts. We have plans to introduce two more exciting gravies in the near future!
